The deadline to receive the Ohio GFOA discount rate of $175/night plus applicable tax is August 31, 2021. Requests received after August 31, 2021, will be accepted based on room and rate availability.

Ohio State Tax Exemption forms must be present at check-in. A valid form will exempt the 7.8% state sales tax. It will not exempt from the remaining room tax. If the entity is exempt from Hamilton County and Cincinnati taxes, the appropriate documentation must be presented at check-in as well.
