HB54 LGF TAX REVENUE INCREASE
(CERA J, ROGERS J) To increase the proportion of state tax revenue allocated to the Local Government Fund from 1.66% to 3.53% beginning July 1, 2019.

HB55 OIL AND GAS WELL ROYALTY STATEMENTS
(CERA J) To require the owner of an oil or gas well to provide a royalty statement to the royalty interest holder when the owner makes payment to the holder.

HB66 THEFT VICTIM RESTITUTION
(MERRIN D) To enact the "Theft Victims' Restitution Act" to allow restitution for the cost of accounting or auditing done to determine the extent of a victim's economic loss.

HB67 VETERINARIAN CONTINUING ED CREDITS
(BRINKMAN T, KELLY B) To allow a licensed veterinarian to receive up to two continuing education credits per biennium for performing free spaying and neutering services.

HB68 HEARTBEAT BILL
(HOOD R, KELLER C) To generally prohibit an abortion of an unborn human individual with a detectable heartbeat and to create the Joint Legislative Committee on Adoption Promotion and Support.

HCR4 FEDERAL GRANT RETROACTIVE FUNDING
(INGRAM C) To urge Congress to ensure organizations that have been awarded federal grants receive funding retroactively to account for funding not received during a partial federal government shutdown.

(MCCOLLEY R, ROEGNER K) To require certain agencies to reduce the number of regulatory restrictions and to continue the provision of this act on and after August 18, 2019.

SB2 STATEWIDE WATERSHED PLANNING
(PETERSON B, DOLAN M) To create a statewide watershed planning structure for watershed programs to be implemented by local soil and water conservation districts.

SB3 EXPRESS INTENT-DRUG SENTENCING REFORM
(EKLUND J, O'BRIEN S) To express the intent of the General Assembly to develop and enact legislation to reform Ohio's drug sentencing laws.

(RULLI M, KUNZE S) To make a capital appropriation for school facilities assistance.

(HUFFMAN M) To require health plan issuers to release certain claim information to group plan policyholders.

SB10 THEFT IN OFFICE PENALTIES
(WILSON S) To expand the penalties for theft in office based on the amount stolen and to include as restitution audit costs of the entity that suffered the loss.

SB11 PROHIBIT DISCRIMINATION-SEXUAL ORIENTATION, GENDER IDENTITY
(ANTONIO N) To enact the Ohio Fairness Act to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity or expression, to add mediation as an informal method that the Ohio Civil Rights Commission may use, and to uphold existing religious exemptions under Ohio's Civil Rights Law.

SB12 TRAFFIC LAW PHOTO MONITORING
(CRAIG H) To make changes to the laws governing traffic law photo-monitoring devices, other civil traffic violations, and related fines and fees.

SB13 HUMAN TRAFFICKING-JUVENILES
(FEDOR T) To require a juvenile court to hold a delinquency complaint in abeyance in certain cases related to prostitution or human trafficking and provide that the same elements for the offense of trafficking in persons that apply to a victim under the age of sixteen also apply to a victim who is age sixteen or seventeen.

(MAHARATH T) Regarding pharmacy benefit managers, pharmacists, and the disclosure to patients of drug price information.

SB15 JURY SOURCE LIST-INCLUDE BMV NAMES
(THOMAS C) To require the names submitted by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles to the commissioners of jurors to be included on the annual jury source list compiled by the commissioners.

SB16 PEACE OFFICERS-PROPER INTERACTION
(WILLIAMS S) Regarding instruction for peace officers, students, and new or student drivers on proper interactions with peace officers.

SB17 PROHIBIT SEXUAL ASSAULT VICTIM IDENTIFICATION
(YUKO K, ANTONIO N) To prohibit law enforcement agencies from including identifying information of sexual assault victims in police reports posted online.

SB18 PROHIBIT CONFINING PREGNANT CRIMINALS
(ANTONIO N, LEHNER P) To prohibit restraining or confining a woman or child who is a charged or adjudicated criminal offender or delinquent child at certain points during pregnancy or postpartum recovery.

SB19 EXTREME RISK PROTECTION ORDER
(WILLIAMS S) To enact the Extreme Risk Protection Order Act to allow family members, household members, and law enforcement officers to obtain a court order that temporarily restricts a person's access to firearms if that person poses a danger to themselves or others.

(MAHARATH T) Regarding the disposal of controlled substances.

(DOLAN M) To allow a corporation to become a benefit corporation.
