(SCHAFFER T, ROGERS J) To prohibit a war relic located on public property or cemetery association property from being sold, disturbed, or otherwise disposed of, except under certain circumstances, and to designate this act as the "Ohio Veterans' Heritage Protection Act."

HB156 CIVIL IMMUNITY-HANDGUN CRIMES
(SCHAFFER T) To grant civil immunity to nonprofit corporations and persons associated with them for certain injuries, deaths, or losses resulting from the carrying of handguns.

HB157 SURPLUS FUND-ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES
(GREENSPAN D) To use some surplus state revenue to help counties fund adult protective and senior services.

HB158 FILING FEE-LIMITED DRIVING PRIVILEGES
(BLESSING III L) To waive the fee for filing a petition for limited driving privileges for an individual who qualifies as indigent and whose license is suspended as a result of failure to maintain proof of financial responsibility, and to authorize a court to grant such limited driving privileges on a first offense.

(BRINKMAN T) To create a process for withholding local government funds and state water and sewer assistance from municipal corporations that engage in certain water and sewer practices with respect to extraterritorial service.

(GINTER T) Regarding student religious expression and to entitle the act the "Ohio Student Religious Liberties Act of 2019."

(CERA J) To modify workers' compensation benefit amounts for occupational pneumoconiosis claims and to create the Occupational Pneumoconiosis Board to determine medical findings for such claims.

HB168 AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE-HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES
(ARNDT S) To establish an affirmative defense to a release or threatened release of hazardous substances from a facility for certain bona fide prospective purchasers.

HB169 IMMIGRATION LAW ENFORCEMENT
(KELLER C, ANTANI N) To require state and local authorities to cooperate with the federal government in the enforcement of immigration laws, to sanction those that fail to do so, and to declare an emergency.

HB170 PAY FOR SUCCESS CONTRACTING
(MANNING D) To require the Treasurer of State to administer the Pay for Success Contracting Program and to expand the purposes of the Program.

HB171 BRIDGE DESIGNATION-TRUCKS BRIDGE
(STEIN D, ROMANCHUK M) To designate the bridge that is part of S.R. 603 in Huron and Richland Counties as "Trucks Bridge."

HB173 SOAP BOX DERBY-STATE GRAVITY RACING
(GALONSKI T) To designate the All-American Soap Box Derby as the official state gravity racing program.

HB174 CONCEALED WEAPONS REFORM
(HOOD R, BRINKMAN T) To modify the Weapons Law by renaming a concealed handgun license as a concealed weapons license, allowing a concealed weapons licensee to carry concealed all deadly weapons not otherwise prohibited by law, repealing a notice requirement applicable to licensees stopped for a law enforcement purpose, authorizing expungement of convictions of a violation of that requirement, allowing a person age 21 or older and not prohibited by federal law from firearm possession to carry a concealed deadly weapon without needing a license subject to the same carrying laws as a licensee, and correcting the definition of dangerous ordnance mistakenly resulting from Am. Sub. H.B. 228 of the 132nd General Assembly.
