The Ohio GFOA Award for Excellence recognizes individuals who have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the public finance profession and a strong commitment to their colleagues, organizations, and communities. This award honors those who have made a meaningful and lasting impact through their work and who exemplify the values of integrity, leadership, and excellence in public finance.
2026 Award Recipients
Ohio GFOA is pleased to announce the 2026 recipients of the Ohio GFOA Award for Excellence:
- Jill Davidson, Athens County Auditor, Athens County
- Scott Fitzsimmons, Deputy Finance Director, City of Cuyahoga Falls
- Kevin Giangola, Chief Financial Officer, Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation
- Andrea Weaver, Union County Auditor, Union County
