Ohio GFOA provides professional development training opportunities to Ohio finance officers from state agencies, counties, cities, villages, townships, school districts, libraries, and special districts in addition to non-governmental entities.

When you attend the various trainings as well as the Annual Conference and Membership Meeting in September, you will not only stay up-to-date on what’s happening in Ohio government finance but also earn CPE credits, required hours through the Ohio Treasurer of State’s Center for Public Investment Management (CPIM), credits in professional standards and responsibilities (ethics training) for those CPAs holding the Ohio permit which fulfills the 3 credit Accountancy Board requirement as well as CLE credits for attorneys.
